Going out to eat on A Diet





  Over the weekend Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau went out to eat for dinner on Saturday.  We often don’t go out to eat, but sometimes it’s okay to act like “normal” society and enjoy the restaurant scene.  Serena & Jeremy are currently in a diet for fat loss phase in their training.  However, that doesn’t mean we can’t fit in the occasional “dirty” restaurant eating!  The way we like to do this is normally at the end of the day, that way when we eat kind of not so clean, we tend to get full pretty fast and can’t continue eating like this for that long, since it’s towards the end of the end.  If, we had started this type of eating early…yes we would fill up fast, but after a few hours we would be ready to eat again, and switching from “dirty” eats, to “Clean” eats tends to be a difficult task.  So, we like to put this style of relaxed eating at the end of the day, and can’t get all that wild before we go to bed.  We will not do this that often, but when the timing feels right, we do enjoy the restaurant dinning!  This kind of eating for us happens perhaps, every few weeks and gets the urges for this type of food out of our system.  Does this help us lose fat? Probably not at the moment, but it does give us a mental break from the good clean eating and allows for greater focus on the diet!  Finally, we can say that we believe the foods you consume have the greatest effect on your desired look, therefore if you need to have a restaurant night…go ahead, but hop back into the diet the next day by the mid-afternoon.
