Fitness Transformation Update

Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau posted a new fitness motivation video over the weekend.  In the new video, Jeremy talks about consistency, while on your fitness journey.

We find that being consistent with the training and diet, yields the greatest results.  So, whatever your goals may be on your own fitness journey, staying consistent will bring great results.

Serena & Jeremy live normal lives, and have plenty of excuses to use if they chose not to focus on a healthy & fit lifestyle; however, they both chose to remain focused on a healthy & fit life, and stay constant with taking actions daily to achieve this lifestyle.  Again, it’s no secret diet, or secret workout, but the consistent focus on a goal, that drives both of them to great results!

We also checked back in with Nicole on her fitness transformation, and found out that she has lost 10lbs!  She is very excited about her results, and is really starting to enjoy some of the results that come with this kind of life style, like a healthier body feeling, greater daily happiness, and more self confidence.  We are very proud of Nicole, and are excited as well for her continue on the fitness journey.
