 Serena Devito & Jeremy LeBeau Love to live a healthy and fit lifestyle.  We find this brings us both high self confidence and great happiness, while combined with an overall healthy body feeling!  Living a healthy and fit lifestyle for us is just a way of life, and we go about our daily lives without much thought of how to accomplish this lifestyle.  Things like eating healthy, training with the weights, doing the cardio, getting good rest, feeling energetic, spreading good positive energy and an overall sense of a higher state of living, kind of feels normal to us.  So, what the secret to achieving this kind of lifestyle? We, feel there are a few important steps in achieving this kind of life.

1)                Work slowly into adjusting into this new style, again fast results go away just as fast as they came….work to find a way to achieve results with routines  you can handle.

2)               Be easy on yourself, we all aren’t perfect, and it takes time to get this down, and everyone always can do better.

3)               Consistency, you are what you repeatedly do

4)               Enjoy the process, we all want things in our life, but enjoy where you find yourself

5)               Set goals, it’s easy when you work towards something

6)               Allow for relaxation, sometimes just take a break, for a day, or a night

7)               Be proud of yourself, this is your life, and everyone is different, enjoy your uniqueness
