Cardio For Fat Loss

How We Blast the Cardio to maximize the fat loss and keep the muscle.





   Over the weekend, Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau kept on rocking their healthy & fit lifestyle!  On Saturday they filmed some little clips of the cardio they currently have been using, while trying to diet for maximum fat loss, while keeping as much muscle as possible.  Of course, there are many ways to utilize cardio to best fit your goals in a healthy and fit lifestyle, but this is just how we rock the cardio at this time in our training.  Normally, we will hit the cardio in the evening during the week days, and train the weights in the morning.  However, on the weekends we hit the cardio right after we blast the iron!  This tends to accomplish two things for us… first, we get a bit of color being out in the sun, and secondly it gets our training done for the day, which allows us to relax.  If you’re very focused on a goal in your life, we always find that a bit of time to relax and get away from the daily grind, only helps us stay fresh, thus finishing the training on the weekends before noon gives us a bit of an escape.

                The cardio in this clip is two different kinds we have been currently using…Sprints for a short intense blast, and running the stairs, a bit of a different style using and incline and decline.  We seem to find these two styles of cardio, best allow us to get the cardio done in about 30mins a session and stay fresh to hit it about six days a week.  Again, our main focus is for fat loss, and most of this cardio is used to burn extra calories, and we find these two styles really help us with that.  Of course we could run for an hour and a half a day, and burn more calories, but this tends to affect our weight training and give us more of a weaker appearance.  We both desire a look of lean and tone muscle, which we find really brings out anyone’s natural build!
