Upcoming schedule
This weekend Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau will be rocking out a new workout video! We will show some ways to train, while not inside the gym. We also will try to cover some cool subjects, like how we stay motivated and how you guys can do the same. Learning to find the right balance of a healthy & fit lifestyle is the key to success, and just cause we aren’t in the gym this weekend, doesn’t mean we won’t rock out some fitness motivation! Next weekend we will be back in the gym, film a leg blast workout, and catch up with are fitness transformation friend Nicole! Legs are such an important part to building that fit body we all desire, and this workout video should be good!
Today we rocked arms at the gym! It’s Friday and even though we train every day, it still felt like the end of a good training work week! Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau both blasted several different exercises for biceps and triceps. We both went lighter on the weight and really rocked out some higher reps! The workout lasted about an hour, with a 10min warm-up and 5mins of abs at the very end. We used mostly free weight at the beginning of the workout and finished with some machines and dips! Dips are a very important exercise for everyone trying to build nice toned and lean arms!
