What’s in Our Diet?
Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau train very hard with the weights and also hit the cardio about seven days a week currently…However, the reason we look this way IS ALL DIET! The hardest part of living a healthy & fit lifestyle for us and many people is the diet. Maybe because we all grew up, without lots of understanding of how much food effects the body, or maybe because they have some many different fast foods options these days, but whatever it may be…getting the diet down can be very challenging. The word diet can be scary in itself…but it doesn’t have to be! Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau think of Diet as not this restrictive way of eating, but more of a healthy way to fuel the body, to maximize its health! Currently, we really keep our Monday Thru Saturday very focused and on Sundays relax a little bit, to allow any craving that we have can be satisfied..Still we don’t get super wild…and most of the time, really can’t due to the focused eating during the week. So, we thought we would list some of the foods we consume during the week…Again, we find its easiest to keep it simple, and it allows us to keep count of our calories.
Healthy Diet Eats
Oatmeal
Chicken
Lean-ground turkey
Blueberries
Salads
Broccoli
Asparagus
Eggs
Protein shakes
Rice Cakes – little snack if we have cravings
This is really the list we follow throughout the week…and will switch up a protein source if we get a bit burnt out… Rock the diet and rock out the Body!
