Starting steps for a good Diet
We believe that diet is the biggest way to create the desired look for yourself…However, finding the rite diet will be the most important part of your success! We often hear people tell us that they lost 5lbs and are on some diet…While we find this great for the person that’s encouraged by the progress…we often find that sooner than later, they have quit dieting and put that weight back on. Here is the problem…most people don’t really enjoy the diet! Now we aren’t saying that dieting is the super awesome tasty treat eating lifestyle! But, it certainly doesn’t have to be something an individual can’t handle as a routine…or sooner than later, they will quit and say “Dieting is just too hard!” So, what the answer? … Serena DeVito and Jeremy LeBeau believe that the secret to a good diet, is finding one that fits your lifestyle and body best. Its easiest to think of a diet as a new way to eat…and then it all comes down to consuming less calories than you burn off…which will create a deficit in what your body needs…and thus using your current extra lbs as fuel! Ha-ha easy! Okay well, maybe not too easy…look around at society!
OUR ADVICE TO A GOOD DIET
1) Diet Slowly…quick to lose...quick to gain!
2) Enjoy…don’t create a diet or follow a diet that you don’t like
3) Maintain … pick a diet that can be a new way of eating and not just something for 3months…make it a lifestyle
4) Satisfy cravings… don’t skip out on certain foods you crave...just don’t binge out on them…
5) Use Monday thru Friday as a very focused part of the diet…and on the weekends relax a bit, but don’t get wild
6) Count calories… you don’t have to be super strict, but get a good idea how many calories you take in daily during the week day…and adjust till you start losing weight.
7) Believe in yourself
