How we lift weights on R Diet /day off
We thought we would give some quick insight as to how we lift the Iron at the gym…Again; this is just how Serena DeVito and Jeremy LeBeau like to handle the weights. First, we always listen to how our bodies feel on any particular day…many times we have that crazy energy and get wild with the weights…but, some days we feel a bit worn down and need to figure out a good way to still effectively attack the iron! On, days that we have high levels of energy, we usually blast away, and will get very intense with the iron…like wise, on days we feel a bit worn down; we still blast the iron, but back off a bit with the intensity. Serena and Jeremy both feel that everyday rocking out maximum intensity will burn you out… and thus, back off the intensity some times. This allows us to keep training, while we diet down… only taking a day off every once in a great while, usually for a mental break. The day off that we take, is a complete escape from the training and most of the time, we leave the general area that we live in. Serena and Jeremy both use this time to forget about the daily grind of training and enjoy family, friends, or other adventures. This little refresher for the mind and body gives us the re-focus to come back stronger and more determined to attack the workouts.
