Fitness Back Routine
Serena De Vito and Jeremy Le Beau trained their Backs this morning. The workout lasted about an hour, with a 10min warm-up. We both used slightly lighter weight today and went higher with our reps. Serena used more machines today and Jeremy went very hard with the dead lifts. We both increased our carbs a bit yesterday and didn’t feel too tight lifting. We are big believers in having carbs in our diet…even as we shred and tone. We have been hitting cardio everyday at night and only hitting the weights in the morning. Jeremy and Serena both believe that cutting down body fat and keeping good muscle, really comes down to the diet. This weekend we will be filming a new workout video that will be posted on our YouTube channel. The workout video will be based on homework exercises that someone can perform to help stay healthy & fit…If anyone has a suggestion they we like us to add into the video, please message us on YouTube.

We kept a pretty fast pace with the exercises and both seemed to get a pretty good pump in our muscles. Abs and calves were both hit today as well for about 10mins.
