Home Workout video





  Serena DeVito and Jeremy LeBeau filmed their first home fitness workout video over the weekend.  This video was a quick example of how to train a few different larger muscles groups, while in the comfort of your home.  Serena and Jeremy call it the 3 & 3 … Three larger muscles trained, and three different exercises for these muscles.  This type of workout is very beneficial for trying to live healthy & fit and can be performed a few times a week depending on your goals and level of training.  This is a very good way to start building a stronger body, which will burn calories and build muscle. The weights that you use in this type of workout can vary for your goals…If your want to tone up and shred down a bit, using lighter weight, going higher with the reps and keeping a fast tempo will be the most effective…however, if you want to build some size… go with a bit heavier weight, lower the reps and rest a bit more between sets.  The length of the total workout should last about and 45min to an hour including a 10min warm-up.  The warm-up should consist of stretching out a bit, and getting loose, before performing the exercise…when you feel loose and warm begin the 3&3 workout.

The Muscles we worked out in this video are chest, Legs and Back… These are larger muscles groups and will build a nice body, when trained.  These larger muscles will burn a good amount of calories training them and help out with the shredding down and toning of the body.  This kind of workout should help with someone trying to get comfortable with working out and taking the time to understand how to work the muscle that is targeted…again use a lighter weight and make sure that you’re really focusing on the muscle.  Finally, this is just a visual guide and anyone really interested in performing this kind of workout can research exactly the proper way to execute any of the exercises.
