Shoulder Routine for summer cuts

Rocking Shoulder Routine





Time – Arrived at the gym about 5:15am

          Left the gym about 6:25 am

Warm-up time 10 min… Serena on the Treadmill & Jeremy on the Weights.

Serena Really focused on the back of her shoulders (She wants to bring out the backs of her shoulders more)

Jeremy based his workout around standing overhead Press (he tends to use a bigger compound movement that he works off the rest of his lifts from)

We both used probably medium weight and middle range reps, for many exercises, but would switch in some heavy fast low reps and the slow light higher rep squeeze outs as well.

For example, Serena would do some seated bet-over lateral raises, followed by seated front dumbbell raises, seated overhead lateral raises and finished with seated overhead dumbbell press… she would do this all with little or no rest between exercises and perhaps keep the same weight, or would drop to a lower weight to really focus on the muscle working, or grab a heavier weight and blast one or two reps out.

Jeremy would hit some middle range reps & weight of standing overhead weight, upright rows, overhead lateral raises, and Front dumbbell raises, again adjusting weight, reps, and tempo depending on how he felt.



The pace for both of us was pretty fast and we blasted many exercise during this training session we both seemed to feel pretty good physically today.

We finished with Abs for about 8mins.

Intensity & Energy were high, and it was great day to start the day!
