Back workout routine 7-11-11

Monday Back Attack Workout



Time – We arrived at the gym around 5:15am this morning…and we left the gym by 6:25am.



Serena hit machine lat pull downs, seated machine rows and machine pull-ups.

Jeremy hit Dead lifts, single arm dumbbell rows, seated machine rows, standing machine rows, and standing lat pull downs.



Serena did more reps, and was still feeling a bit run down from last week’s training… She listened to her body and realized that this way the best option for her training today, and seemed to get in a good lift.

Jeremy went heavy on the dead lifts, with lower reps, and worked the other exercises slow, lighter weight and more reps, really trying to focus on his lower back.

On Saturday we hit some back on our touch-up day, and kept those exercises off the list of hits today, letting those muscles rest a bit.

Again we never follow a program for specific reps, sets, tempo, or numbers during our weight workouts… WE ALWAYS LISTEN TO HOW OUR BODIES FEEL AND ROCK THE IRON!
