Fitness Chest workout 7-14-11

Most of the workouts we post these days are during our current cutting diet… We Train seven days a week & never go to failure. Our reps, Sets, tempo and weight will change depending on how our bodies feel on each particular day…WE FIND THIS WORKS BEST AND NEVER LETS OUR MIND TO FOCUS ON CERTAIN NUMBERS, WHICH TEND TO LIMIT THE TRAINING. We keep our rest to a minimum during this style of training, and rock out many exercises during a session.
We blasted our Chest today for about 45min…We both seemed a bit run down from leg training yesterday. Last night we increased our carb intake to help recover from legs (which tends to increase our water retention and gives us a better pump while training), but still could feel yesterdays workout. Regardless, we both trained as intense and focused as possible for the day! (We warmed up for about 10min and also rocked about 8mins of Abs at the end)

With yesterdays slight carb increase, today will lower our intake back down and drop off some of the water we retained. This will give us a tighter look the rest of the week, and see muscle definition slightly better. Cardio will be done later tonight… We have been hitting sprints at a local track… We find this style burns the best amount of calories, while holding onto good muscle.
