NEW WORKOUT VIDEO FILMING TOMORROW
Serena De Vito & Jeremy Le Beau - Rock Fit Stars - will be filming a new workout video early 7-16-11.
The video will be a touch-up workout routine that we use once a week, to blast certain body parts, that we feel need a bit of extra attention.
We don’t really script out our videos & film on the fly… However, we will try to include any suggestions that anyone may wish to see in the video.
