  Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau rocked out a new fitness motivation video over the weekend… In the video, we both demonstrated some of the different exercises that we use to develop nice toned legs. 
Again, diet play a huge role is seeing results, but a good leg workout will develop the muscles to show nicely built toned legs!  We also checked back in with Nicole, and found out a bit of how her fitness transformation is coming along… She seemed to be having a tough time adjusting to the new lifestyle, but was determined to keep pushing forward!  Many times, starting anything new in your life can be a bit challenging, and working your way into it slowly, is a great way to adjust.  In the video, we talk about some of the leg exercises we used, but explain that there are many different leg exercises and this in only a sample of them.  Finally, this is only our fitness motivation from our personal experiences, and suggests that if you have any questions on how to perform a certain exercises, research the exercises on proper performance.  There are many ways to find a healthy & Fit lifestyle, but hopefully everyone can find our experiences, as a good motivation to start!
