Diet Help



                Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau hit the Iron hard all the time…and get great results from this constant working out!  However, if you ask us…What’s the biggest reason why we look toned,lean and muscular? And we will certainly reply... almost all DIET!  The weight training helps create the lean muscular look, instead of the leaner look, that appears to be a bit weak and fragile.  While, if losing weight is your only objective, perhaps you don’t mind this later look…But, If losing weight and projecting a nice healthy and toned muscular look, happens to be your goal…Then working out all body parts, with the weights will create this look.  Although, the DIET will bring out the look!



Some Quick tips for a successful Diet

1)    Keep it simple, keeping the same healthy foods in the daily diet, will allow for easy tracking

2)    Allow cheats,  cheating on a diet is good, if you can control your craving, but allowing a simple taste or two, will allow you to keep focused… Try to keep it for the weekend

3)    Don’t binge out… Don’t create a diet so strict that when you slip a bit, you get out of control! Binging out, even after being strict can put on some serious weight Fast!

4)    Aim to lose about 2lbs a week

5)    Keep your week days really good on the diet and basic, on the weekend with more time …be a little more creative, to add taste!

6)    Set goals…Setting a goal will give you greater focus!

7)    Diet Slowly, a slow diet will give better results…A fast drop in weight, mostly likely would come from drastic measures that wouldn’t be maintainable

8)    Believe in yourself! It’s your body, and you can achieve any look you desire!
