Rock Fit Stars Having Fun away From the Gym
Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau went away last weekend to escape and unwind from the daily gym training. We both enjoyed a relaxing weekend and just had some fun with family and friends. We both find that sometimes getting away from something you’re much focused on in your life, gives you a bit of a recharge to blast back into your goals when you return. The weekend away from the gym, was just the kind of break Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau both need to relax the body and mind from daily training. We both Hit the weights hard this morning and felt ready to rock harder towards our healthy & fit goals.
