DIET R FRIEND

My friend named Diet

So, you’re working out & exercising, but not getting the results you desire.

Okay, so rumor has it… the way you look is about 80%-90% Diet!

What to do we need to do?

1st keep it simple- lets write down what we

 eat daily.

Not that hard, if you desire results

2nd Eliminate foods on the list U know

aren’t that healthy.

Replace those food items with a healthier choice.

3rd Start reading labels of the food you do feel are okay

to eat.

U may be surprised at the serving sizes & nutrition results.

4th Spread out your meals, go from the standard 3

to perhaps 6.

This will limit the starving feeling u may encounter

and result in

smaller portion sizes.

5th Lets add some lean meats like chicken,

ground turkey,

and some

fish into R diet..

These sources provided a great source of protein & lower

 amounts of

fat per serving & if we R trying to reduce fat, keeping R

 fat intake

lower, will only Help.

6th Lets add in some yummy veggies! When picking

out veggies,

Go Green! Lettuce, broccoli, asparagus R some great choices.

These food R a perfect way to fill us up on good nutritional

& low calorie healthy items.

8th Find a good source of slower digesting

carbohydrate to keep us full

longer.

Whole grain bread, oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat pasta

R great

items to add to R diet.

9th lets start working these into R diets &

keep writing down

how we

do with these new items on R daily menu.

We should start to feel better physically with eliminating

some of

R unhealthy food items & adding R new healthy choices...

Is this the

Fix? No, but it sure is a good START!
