New Fitness Lifestyle Motivation Video


A little calves/ A little painting / a lot of motivation



Serena DeVito & Jeremy LeBeau posted a new fitness motivation video over the weekend.  In this video we discuss how we live normal lives, while maintaining a Rock Fit Lifestyle!  We check in with Nicole of her fitness progress, and demo a few calf exercises we use to workout, which we explain, that we use every other week.  Serena & Jeremy find that training their calves’ everyday for about 5min, every other week works best for them.  Like some other body parts, our calves seem to recover pretty fast from training, and can handle a bit of a blast every day, and then rest for a week. 

We also checked back in with Nicole and find out that she has been trying hard to adjust to this new lifestyle, and has lost 3lbs on her journey so far!  It’s very rewarding to see results, and we are super excited for Nicole!  She has set some short term goals, along with a few longer term goals for her healthy & fit journey, which can be great ways for her to keep track of her progress.  Again it takes a tremendous amount of courage to ask for help with anything in your life, and we are glad Nicole has come to us for a bit of motivation!

 Finally, we talk about our diet and how we adjust our calories on the weekend to stay within certain goals, we have set for ourselves.  The weekend for us right now, can be a bit of a relaxed feeling on our journey, but we still balance everything from training to diet, which allows us to hit our goals!
