How we blasted R ARMS today
R Bicep & Triceps Fitness workout Routine
We arrived at the gym a little after 5am this morning…It’s the end of the week and our bodies could feel the week of training & dieting!
Serena warmed up on the treadmill for about 15min… While Jeremy warmed up on the weights, alternating between biceps and triceps, using light weights.
We train on empty stomachs rite now in the morning, and don’t eat until we finish R training. We find this works very well and our bodies respond great to this style of training.
So, after about 15min in the gym… We blasted R arms together! We train in the same area and do different exercises, but will help spot each other if needed.
We both train biceps and triceps in the same training session and normally alternate between biceps and triceps. So, perhaps we hit a bicep exercise and then switch to a triceps, or hit a few bicep exercises and then hit a few triceps exercises.
Serena will hit different exercises than Jeremy it all depends on what each of us if focusing on that particular day… AGAIN WE DO NOT FOLLOW ANY SPECIFIC STYLE OF TRAING PROGRAM>>> WE FIND THAT LISTENING TO R BODIES AND NOT SETTING LIMIATIONS ON ANY GIVEN DAY, RESULTS IN GREAT PROGRESS!

Alternating dumbbell curls
Barbells curls
Triceps extensions
Skull crushers
Seated dips
Machine dips
Machine rope triceps extensions
Alternating dumbbell overhead triceps extensions
Machine curls
Hammer bicep dumbbell curls
We left the gym at 6:25 … INTENSITY IS THE BEST WAY WE FIND TO ROCK THE IRON!
